Feta-singi lehttaignarullid
Nendest pisikestest lehttaignarullidest on meie peres saanud lausa peolaua hitt-toode. Ülilihtsad ja ülimaitsvad ning kaovad laualt hetkega. Soovitav valmistada topeltkogus :)
500 g lehttainast (või pärmilehttainast)
200 g singiribasid (kasutasin Nõo pitsakatet)
100 g rohelisi oliive
100 g fetajuustu
peterselli
Rulli lehttaigen õhukeseks ning jaga mõttes pooleks. Lõika sink ribadeks, oliivid ratasteks ning fetajuust kuubikuteks. Puista kõik taignale ning rulli ühest taigna otsast ja teisest taigna otsast keskele kokku rulli. Lõika noaga rullid üksteise küljest lahti ja siis viiluta u. 1,5 cm paksusteks viiludeks (niimoodi tegutsedes saad paraja suurusega suupisted).
Kata ahjuplaat küpsetuspaberiga nin aseta rullikesed üksteise kõrvale. Küpseta 200 kraaadi juures u. 15 minutit.
