Jällegi ühed mõnusad suupisted minu lemmik algmaterjalist - lehttaignast. Tänu kreemjale täidisele on need saiakesed pehmed ja maitsvad nii soojalt kui külmalt.
0,5 pk (250 g) pärmi-lehttainast
100 g külmsuitsulõhet
0,5 tl mädarõigast
1 spl laimi- või sidrunimahla
0,5 sibulat
4 spl majoneesi
Lõika külmsuitsulõhe ja sibul väikesteks tükkideks, lisa mädarõigas, laimimahl ja niipalju majoneesi, et segu oleks kreemjas. Rulli lehttaigen õhukeseks. Mina kasutasin tegelikult 500 g tainast, ülejäänud taignast tegin singi-juustu croissant´e. Lõika taigen u. 20 cm ribadeks ja ribad omakorda kolmnurkadeks. Täida taignakolmnurgad lõhekreemiga ning keera laiemast otsast alates rulli. Tõsta küpsetuspaberiga kaetud ahjuplaadile ja küpseta 200 kraadi juures 10 minutit.
